Throughout my career, I have successfully established and nurtured key relationships for my UX teams in every environment I’ve worked in. My focus is on fostering collaboration not only between UX, product management and engineering stakeholders, but also ensuring that UX initiatives are deeply aligned with the overarching company strategy. I excel at aligning goals and building bridges between different disciplines to drive impactful results.
I have consistently served as a mentor and coach to emerging UX leaders and peers, while also being a trusted advisor to senior leadership, both within and outside the UX domain. My commitment to fostering growth and communication is at the core of my leadership philosophy.
